STEP 1 – Reserve Your Child’s Spot

1. Create a Playground account. (Link below)

2. Submit the online form and pay the $100 reservation fee.

3. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.

Important:

• Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• To secure your child’s spot, all enrollment forms must be completed, signed, and submitted along with the required supply fees.

• Your child will be placed in a class only after all required documents and fees have been received.

STEP 2 – Complete Enrollment Paperwork

1. Upload a signed copy of your child’s immunization record.

2. Upload the completed physician’s form.

Tip: Documents may upload more easily from a computer.

Enrollment is complete once all required documents have been submitted.

What Happens Next?

In August, teachers will receive class rosters and begin contacting families with back-to-school information, including details about Parent Orientation and Meet the Teacher events.
